See attached new diagnostic pathways and services being delivered through the Mile End Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC).
The services include:
- Direct Access Baseline Spirometry Service, accepting referrals from 21 September 2026 via eRS.
- Undifferentiated Breathlessness Clinical Pathway, designed to support patients presenting with unexplained breathlessness through a streamlined community-based diagnostic pathway.
Rapid Murmur Assessment Service (RMAS), providing timely assessment for patients with newly detected or previously undocumented heart murmurs
