Please find attached the intraseasonal pathway for newly diagnosed immunosuppressed patients.

There are four providers delivering this service across North East London (NEL). The attached documents include:

  • Information on the referral pathway and eligibility criteria

Please review the attached pathway and use the referral template when referring eligible patients to the service.
