A thank-you for your time
As a token of our appreciation, we’ll be giving away six £50 Amazon vouchers in a prize draw to six lucky participants. Just complete the final section of the survey with your details to enter.
Designed to fit around your day
The survey is split into eight short sections, with the first two taking around five minutes to complete. After every two sections you can choose to submit and finish, or carry on if you have more time. Whatever you can contribute is genuinely valued: the more you complete, the richer the insight. Sections cover:
· Personal Information
· Clinical & Non-clinical Training Priorities
· Digital Skills and Maturity
· Integrated Neighbourhood Teams
· Management & Leadership
· Barriers to Undertaking Training
· Communication & Awareness
· Contact for Prize Draw
Your voice makes a difference
We know it’s easy to wonder whether surveys really lead to change. They do, and we want to show you how. Last year’s survey directly shaped some of our most impactful work this year, including:
· Developing apprenticeship programmes tailored to general practice, supporting practices to grow their own workforce in roles that reflect real service needs
· Launching a dedicated non-clinical development programme, recognising the vital contribution of non-clinical colleagues across primary care.
· Organising Population Health Management sessions in partnership with the ICB, helping teams build the skills to use data and insight to improve outcomes for their populations.
You can read more about how we’ve responded to your feedback in our You Said, We Did report, which sets out the wider impact your input has had across NEL: https://neltraininghub.org/you-said-we-did/
Thank you for your time and your continued support.
