Having noted a sharp decline in use of tQuest cervical sample request forms since the implementation of Cervical Screening Management System (CSMS), Cervical Screening London laboratory has developed communications, attached, to remind cervical sample takers to use tQuest forms (and not HMR101 forms). Also attached is the July 2024 Cervical Screening Administration Service (CSAS) update.
