Seasonal Flu programmes – CQRS service offers
The following vaccination services have now been offered out to Practices for participation:
- Childhood Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Programme (two and three year olds) 2024-2025
- Seasonal Flu Service 2024-2025
These services have only been offered in CQRS to those practices that completed the sign-up form up to mid-day 16 July 2024, confirming that they will be providing the services this year. Those practices that have completed the form after this time will receive their offers shortly. There are still a small number of practices who are yet to complete a sign-up confirmation form and these practices are being contacted directly by their ICB teams. Please do not complete another form unless you are contacted by your ICB team as we are receiving several duplicate entries. Please note that failure to complete the form will result in no service offer being released and subsequently no extractions will take place and no payment will be made. It is therefore very important that those remaining practices complete the form urgently.
Please can practices accept these service offers as soon as possible to ensure that data is extracted when the scheduled extraction window for September data opens. The deadline to accept the service offer is 31 July 2024. Attached is a training aid from the CQRS website that shows how to search for offered, accepted and rejected items. If a practice has completed a form and cannot see a service offer, prior to contacting our team, please follow the steps in the guide or check to see whether another member of practice staff has already accepted the offer.
Finally, a gentle reminder that the adjustment and claims deadlines for the Childhood Flu and Seasonal Flu services remain at 3 months and late claims will be cancelled.
