Legacy Nurse Mentor, Nursing Professional Support & Advocacy Offers

Starting January 2026, the NEL Primary Care Nursing PMO is launching a transformative initiative designed to strengthen primary care nursing leadership and provide hands-on clinical support across North East London.

Our PCN Legacy Nurse Mentor and Nursing Professional Support & Advocacy offer brings together two key programmes:

• Legacy Nurse Mentor Programme – Experienced mentors offering up to 6 tailored sessions over 6 months to build confidence, enhance clinical skills, and provide peer-to-peer support.
• Preceptorship & Professional Advocacy Programme – Structured training and frameworks to develop primary care nursing leadership capacity and advocacy within PCNs.
