Please see information attached on the final three cohorts of the GP Improvement Programme and how to sign up for these.
We have had a big sign up from NEL practices for the last two cohorts and we would very much encourage you to take part if you haven’t done so already. Practices have the option of using some of their transitional funding to help with backfill if they choose to do so.
