For TQuest to be used by practices, please follow these guides.
For pathology:
- Requesters need to be configured on EMIS and TQuest (see guides below)
- They need to be a regulated person
- This includes GPs / nurses
- Does not include PAs – as they do not have a registration number
- If no registration number exists – results get devolved to another inbox – in this case “HCP – Other)
For radiology:
- Requesters need to be configured on EMIS and TQuest
- Requesters also need to be registered with an ODS code (each practitioner aligned to one practice)
So currently locums / temp staff / unregulated clinicians – all need to have results sent to an “authorising inbox”.
