Have your say: General Practice Staff Survey 2026

Dear Practice and PCN colleagues,

A quick reminder that the General Practice Staff Survey (GPSS) 2026 is now open.

Thank you to everyone who has already taken the time to complete the survey. We are pleased to see participation across North East London continuing to increase. As at 22 October, 915 colleagues have completed the survey, giving an overall response rate of 12.75%.

We would be grateful if practices and PCNs could continue to encourage all eligible staff to complete their survey. The GPSS is an important opportunity for colleagues working across general practice to share their experiences and have their voices heard. The feedback will help us better understand staff experience and support improvements locally, regionally, and nationally.

The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete and is open until 27 November 2026. Staff who have not yet completed it will receive regular reminders during the survey period.

Please continue to promote the survey within your teams and encourage colleagues to take part. Every response count and every voice matters.
