2023/24 Direct Enhanced Services (DES) sign up and quarterly claim form Q4 reminder

A reminder that the deadline for Quarter 4 submissions is 15 April 2024 for the April payment run to be paid in May.

Please ensure that for all minor surgery DES claims, the minor surgery validation report accompanies the claim form.

We have also attached an updated Safeguarding LIS claim form with the latest guidance emails.
