The expansion of clinical services in community pharmacies has highlighted the growing need for access to translation services to support our diverse patient populations.
Community pharmacies in North East London (NEL) can now access translation services through Language Shop, which also provides translation services to general practices in NEL.
To use this service to support delivery of NHS services, pharmacies must be registered with Language Shop. Pharmacies should then arrange, and pay for translation services, as required and then submit reimbursement claims to the London Pharmacy Contract team at: england.lon-pharmacy@nhs.net.
