St Mark's Formula: Glucose 20g (6X5mL teaspoons), Sodium bicarbonate 2.5g (1X2.5mL heaped teaspoon), 3.5g sodium chloride/salt (1X level 5mLteaspoon) in 1L water.  Can add a small amount of diabetic squash for flavour - don't use sugar based as this will alter proportions.
