CPD Certified LGBTQ+ Awareness Training

elop’s LGBTQ+ Awareness Training is CPD Certified and rated highly as a very good course, offering a high level of CPD content. It gives staff the knowledge and skills to understand, support, and achieve positive outcomes for LGBTQ+ adults and young people.
The 2-hour online workshop has a focus on Adults or Youth and includes a presentation, group discussion and a Q&A session.
Participants will gain understanding of:
- gender identity and the non-binary spectrum
- LGBTQ+ terminology
- the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ Adults or Youth and the impact of discrimination on health and wellbeing
- gender neutral language and pronouns
- what it means to be an ally
- how to make your workplace more inclusive
