Vaccination survey for north east London GP practices and Pharmacies

Dear Colleagues,

I have been supporting the vaccination team here at the ICB since November last year and in recent months we have co-hosted with our LA/PH colleagues ‘Vaccination After Action Reviews’ across all 7 boroughs, which have been very well attended and extremely productive, however we are conscious that we were not able to invite all key stakeholders to these sessions including all of our primary care colleagues. We are really keen to gain feedback on the recent flu and Covid-19 campaigns from our providers to better understand what lessons can be learned going forward and how we can potentially better support them and their teams in the future.

We have put together the below survey and I was wondering if you could include this in next weeks Primary Care Bulletin, I will be on leave next week but if you have any questions after today please speak to my colleague Matt Cruice, copied into this email, although Matt is also on leave on Monday of next week.
