REVISED: Update Practice Names and Practice Managers Email with PCSE

Polite reminder to update your practice name and practice manager’s email address with Primary Care Support England (PCSE) if you have not done so in the last two years. This is particularly important as NEL ICB Finance Team recently conducted an audit following a fraud alert from our Local Counter Fraud Specialist (LCFS) and noticed that a considerable number of email addresses were incorrect.
Ensuring that your practice information is current and accurate will significantly speed up the payment of any invoices to your practice. We understand that this might seem like a minor detail, but keeping these details up to date can help us avoid any unnecessary delays or complications.

To update your remittance email address, please visit the PCSE online form portal at Contact us | PCSE Choose “GP Payments” and complete a “New GP Payments” enquiry.
Please provide documentation of the update on letter-headed paper or an invoice that includes the remittance advice email address. PCSE will then process the amendment request via the Oracle Supplier workflow, which will be submitted to an NHSE Regional Approver for authorisation. Once approved, the Supplier Maintenance Team at NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) will update the site with the new remittance advice email address1.
For updating your practice manager email address, please ensure that any changes made in the last two years are reflected in your records with PCSE. This will help us avoid any unnecessary delays or complications in processing payments.
