UKHSA Guidance

To support the response to infectious diseases in migrant settings, collaboratively with partners across London, the UK Health Security Agency developed this practical guidance to support a system response.

The objectives of this guidance are to:

  • outline the roles and responsibilities of UKHSA London Region, as well as other partners, to support health protection and advise on infectious control
  • set out and have partnership agreement as to what the processes should be for a health protection response in these settings
  • provide clarity on health protection escalation criteria and pathways
