Thrive Tribe is our new Healthier You, NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme (DPP) provider, who are accepting referrals from mid-December.
They are running 45-minute webinars to explain how this change will affect you and how to improve the long-term health of your patients.
When you sign up to the webinar you’ll learn how to support patients to prevent type 2 diabetes. We know that making a Healthier You NHS DPP referral is another item on a very long to-do list.
