Three Published Clinical and Educational Resources, mapped to Primary Care Core Career and Capabilities Framework

Please see below three published clinical and educational resources in Diabetes/ Heart Failure/ and Menopause care, where scope of practice has been mapped against the general practice nursing career pathway.

This is a piece of work for ‘Nurses by Nurses’ and published by Skills for health following the published core career and capability framework in 2022, with explicit input from NHSE RCGP, RCN and QNI colleagues.

This has been an NHSE initiative, across regions in partnership with generalist and specialist nursing teams.

The remaining three areas for publication will be: Respiratory Care, ( Adult and CYP) Wound Care and Cancer Care, for October.
