The General Practice Staff Survey is open

The 2024 General Practice Staff Survey (GPSS) is now open. You should receive your invitation by email this week and will receive regular reminders from the survey provider, Picker, if you haven’t had a chance to complete the survey.

Some of you will know that the NHS has conducted an annual staff survey for more than twenty years. It is an incredibly robust, credible source of information that helps drive improved working experience.

Until recently this opportunity has not been available to staff working in general practice, however we want everyone who is part of the NHS to have the chance to feedback on their experience at work, and this starts in general practice for primary care. Given the significant numbers of patients to whom you and your practice provide care and support, your views are important, so please take part and have your say.
