Spring 2025 COVID-19 Seasonal Vaccination Programme

Following JCVI advice on 14 November the Spring 2025 Seasonal Programme System Letter has been published and can be found on the NHS England website. We wanted to highlight the eligible cohorts and campaign dates, but we encourage you to please read the letter in full.
The eligible COVID-19 cohorts are:
- adults aged 75 years and over
- residents in a care home for older adults
- individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed, as defined in COVID-19: the green book, chapter 14a; Tables 3 and 4
The main seasonal vaccination programme will commence on Tuesday 1 April 2025 and will end Tuesday 17 June 2025. Thank you for your continued efforts to deliver the programme.
