Serious Shortage Protocol for cefalexin – reactivation

Because of ongoing supply issues, we are reactivating the Serious Shortage Protocol (SSP078) for Cefalexin 250mg/5ml oral suspension sugar free, starting on Thursday 8 May.
The new end date for SSP078 will be Friday 8 August.
The SSP is available to view onthe NHS Business Service Authority (BSA)’s dedicated SSP web page.
