Same Day Access to GP Hubs – take Healthwatch’s survey

Havering Healthwatch are working with NHS North East London ICB to find out what patients know about the Same Day Access Hubs for GP services. Please could you help advertise this to your patients.
These are places to which patients can be referred by their GP to be seen at times when the GP surgery is closed (evenings from 6.30pm-10pm, at weekends and on bank holidays).
At the Hub, patients can be seen be a GP or other healthcare professional when their own GP is not available.
Hubs are currently at the following locations:
- Haiderian Medical Centre – 181 Corbets Tey Road, Upminster RM14 2YN
- Lynwood Practice – 2a-6 Lynwood Drive, Romford RM5 3QL
- Petersfield Surgery – 70 Petersfield Avenue, Romford RM3 9PD
- Raphael House – Victoria Centre, Pettits Lane, Romford RM1 4HP
- Rosewood Practice – 30 Astra Close, Hornchurch RM12 5NJ
- Rush Green – 261 Dagenham Road, Romford RM7 0XR
