RSV Programmes within CQRS

For urgent action by 19 October 2024 – RSV vaccinations for pregnant women

We are routinely checking any achievement over £100 for September, and we are contacting the respective practice to double check that their submission is accurate. The reason we are doing this is because there are several practices who have inadvertently included the figures for older adults in their September achievement.  Please note the RSV for older adults is a separate service which will be auto extracted and should not be submitted manually.

Within CQRS the two new programmes for RSV are listed as:

Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) – adults aged 75 and over 2024-25

Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) – Vaccination In Pregnancy 2024-25

As well as our team reaching out to practices directly, we would also be grateful if the practices who have already submitted a manual entry under the pregnant women programme, could re-check the submission by 19^th October 2024 to ensure that it is for pregnant women only.  Please contact the London Region Immunisation team on the email address below if an error has been made and the entry will be amended. Should we not hear from you by this date we will put the item on hold until a response is received.

For those practices who are yet to enter data for the pregnant women programme, please ensure that data figure entered into CQRS is for pregnant women only and that no older adults are included in the submission.
