Reminder – NEW Primary Care Quality Alerts process goes live in TH and BD from 18 August

The new Primary Care Quality Alert process is about to launch in Tower Hamlets and Barking and Dagenham. The new Quality Alerts form will be released and available on Monday 18 August. Other Places will follow as we gradually implement the new process in NEL.

All Practice systems – EMIS and SystmOne – in Tower Hamlets and Barking and Dagenham will have a new primary care quality alert form to enable general practice teams to raise a quality alert, direct with local Trusts or any other provider via the ICB. The new form will auto populate basic information such as practice email and patient NHS number.

Please can Tower Hamlet practices archive/delete any old form if saved in your favourites.
