Process for escalating operating issues to the ICB

If your practice is experiencing operating issues preventing you from providing services as normal you should enact your Business Continuity Plan and inform the ICB, so we can provide support as appropriate.  For example, a flood or power outage meaning your premises are not accessible, a fault meaning your phone lines are not available or exceptional circumstances leading the practice to switch off online consultations.

You should inform your Primary Care Place Team nelondonicb.primarycareplace@nhs.net  and the Primary Care Commisisoning Team  nelondonicb.nel-primarycare@nhs.net
