PRN02537 – 2026/27 GMS, PMS and APMS standard contract documents and associated variations

Dear colleagues,

Please find attached 2026/27 GMS, PMS and APMS contracts and variation notices. These documents incorporate changes made to the contract Regulations in June 2026.

Please ensure that variation notices are issued to GP practices no later than 31 July 2026. Practices should sign and return the variation notices within 14 days. If, however, the variations are not signed and returned to the commissioner within the timeframe, they will still take effect 14 days after being issued.
