Primary Care Quality Alerts process

The new Primary Care Quality Alerts process is now implemented in all Places in north east London. The alert form is embedded in EMIS and SystmOne and auto populates most of the information needed to raise an alert. Please check the Primary Care Portal below for further information, a process map, FAQs and links to Trust websites and teams for more urgent issues.
