Primary care professionals in north east London shortlisted for the General Practice Awards

The General Practice Awards recognises the hard work of GPs, nurses, pharmacists, practice managers and professionals who are making real change to their local area. This year, north east London has been shortlisted in an impressive five categories!
Congratulations to all our colleagues – those shortlisted include:
- Pharmacy team of the year: Spring Hill Practice Pharmacy Team – Hackney
This award seeks to recognise individual pharmacists or teams who have made an outstanding contribution to patient care in their local area. - PCN of the year: Springfield Park Primary Care Network- Hackney
The award identifies a PCN who has been able to integrate services and as a result made improvements to the lives of patients as well as on the primary care workforce locally. - Receptionist of the year: Richmond Road Medical Centre Reception Team – Hackneyand The Heron Practice Patient Services Team – Hackney
Recognises a receptionist or reception team who are making an outstanding contribution to their practice and its patients. - GP team of the year: Richmond Road Medical Centre – Hackney
The award is for a team who is striving to improve patient care, enhancing services offered, and working to develop their skill mix. - Vaccination service of the year: Woodgrange Covax – Newham
Recognises a successful vaccination service or rollout that has taken place over the last 18 months. Vaccinations are an essential, in light of the pandemic, and the award celebrates innovative ways of supporting national immunisation.
