Havering Place based Partnership Showcase event: St Georges Health and Wellbeing Hub

Posted on:

Following on from our previous sessions where leads from the Havering Place based Partnership have updated you on the work that is underway across the partnership to improve outcomes for local people, you are cordially invited to a further event, which will shine a spotlight on the St Georges Health and Wellbeing Hub.

The hub is an excellent example of how working in collaboration across the local health and care sector, bringing together clinicians and partners, to deliver a solution that is tailored to current needs of the population will be of benefit to how the local population receive their healthcare provision.  There will be the opportunity to hear about the vast range of services that will be available on the site from outpatient, children and community services, to a new aging well centre, along with a GP practice and space for local community and voluntary groups to deliver a range of activities to support people’s wider health and wellbeing needs.

As the hub is in its imminent stages of opening, join this event to hear the update on this exciting venture!

Speakers include:

  • Sarah Wood,  Head of Programmes – Clinical and Operational
  • Kay Robinson, Senior Service Manager, NELFT NHS Foundation Trust
