Newham Together Café (crisis café)

Newham Together Café (crisis café) has moved to a new location and will be delivered by the mental health charity, MIND, in partnership with ELFT.

Together Café is more than just an out of hours drop-in centre; it’s a lifeline for Newham residents aged 18+ facing mental health challenges.

Open evenings and weekends, The Together Café warmly welcomes all, with no referral process required, and support there and then. They offer short-term support, equipping attendees with recovery strategies in partnership with ELFT.

The service is based at Stratford Advice Arcade. The Together Café provides person-centred, practical, and emotional support, face to face or via telephone on a one-to-one or group basis to individuals experiencing mental health distress.

Opening times:

Monday – Friday: 5-9pm

Weekends/Bank Holidays: 3-9pm
