New Provider for Community Anticoagulation Service now live in Tower Hamlets
Dear colleagues,
As you are aware, last year we conducted a review and open tender for a new single Community Anticoagulation Service (CAS) model across north east London and four providers were awarded the contract to run the CAS service as listed in the table below.

We are pleased to announce that as of 1 April 2026, WF Federated GP Network Limited (WF FedNet) will be providing community anticoagulation services in Tower Hamlets and are already contacting patients to arrange appointments.
There are three CAS sites in Tower Hamlets, please see the full address below:

Thank you for supporting this transition by working with the incoming provider and responding to requests for data sharing agreements, sharing patients lists and transferring patients in a timely manner.
