Reminder: The IT phone number is changing next Monday 3 June

The current IT service desk number – 0800 917 8607 – will be switched off from next Monday 3 June.
The new numbers to contact the service desk on are:
- For GP IT support: 0300 303 6780
- For RA support: 0300 303 6779
These new numbers are already live and can be used now to contact the IT team from Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm. Please note that calls to these numbers are charged at the same rate as an 01708 or 020 3/4/7/8 number.
We will provide another update once the exact date of the switchover is known.
