Paul Vaughan joins North East London NHS Foundation Trust’s Deputy CEO, Dr Mohit Venkataram for March’s The Future of Primary Care Webinar on Wednesday 19 March, 7pm – 8pm over Zoom.

Paul is the National Deputy Director for Community Nursing and Primary Care Nursing at NHS England. Passionate about his role and his work, Paul brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. Previously NHS England’s Director of Nursing and Transformation, he led the development and delivery of the GPN Ten Point Plan and brought to life a national initiative on the perception of nursing known as NextGen Nurse. His previous work also includes being the Chair of the RCN Council and undertakings during this time included the establishment of the new RCN Institute with its five Academies and the launch of their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Strategy.

We are really looking forward to bringing Paul and Mohit together to create and undertake a conversation surrounding the importance of nursing leadership in relation to primary care.
