You can find here step by step videos that can be shared with patients and your practice team, explaining exactly how to use the NHS App including how to view test results, order repeat prescriptions or manage referrals. Encouraging more patients to use the NHS APP can save your practice time, money and increase patient choice.

Support for patients who struggle with technology

Hands on support is available to help patients who struggle with digital healthcare technologies. Contact nelondonicb.digital.facilitator@nhs.net who can provide practice level support or share details about other support events taking place in your Borough.
