National review on Personalised Care Roles

ARRS roles survey for PCNs
The Coalition for Personalised Care is undertaking a national review of personalised care roles and are keen to hear from PCN staff (e.g.Clinical Directors or PCN Managers).
In particular they what to understand what matters to you when employing Personalised Care ARRS roles such as social prescribing, health and wellbeing coaching or care coordination.
The findings will help build a national picture of personalised care roles and explore:
- Trends in recruitment levels of personalised care roles (Social Prescribing Link Workers, Health and Wellbeing Coaches and Care Coordinators)
- How ARRS funding decisions are affecting the personalised care workforce
- How these roles can support the future implementation of Neighbourhood Health
Deadline for completion: Wednesday 15 August 2026 The findings will be published by the Coalition for Personalised Care in early autumn 2026.
