Name change: Healthshare to Cora Health

FAO: GPS referring patients for MRI or Ultrasound appointments in Barking & Dagenham, Havering, and Redbridge using Healthshare

Please be advised that Healthshare has formally changed its name to Cora Health following its recent merger with Connect Health. Over the next two months, we will be updating our system to reflect this new name change.

What changes to expect over the next two months:

• The name and branding will change from Healthshare to Cora Health
• New Cora Health branding on letters, texts, staff uniforms, and signage
• eRS slots will be renamed. (see below for example)

What will remain the same:

• The service, locations, and clinical/admin teams will all remain the same.
• Patient care and access to service will remain the same.

Changes to eRS slot Name Changes for NEL Patients
To reduce confusion and to reflect the new name change, we are updating the names of our Ultrasound (Non-Obstetric) slots on eRS.

Example – Loxford Polyclinic

• Current slot name:
  Ultrasound (Non-Obstetric) – MSK & General – Healthshare Diagnostics – Loxford Polyclinic NEL
• New slot name:
  Adult Ultrasound (Non-Obstetric) – MSK & General – Cora Health (Healthshare Diagnostics) – Loxford Polyclinic NEL

Key points:

• This is only a name change on eRS; patient care, staff, and locations remain unchanged.
• Changes will be implemented gradually over the next two months.
• While the changes are being implemented, please continue to refer patients as usual via eRS to Healthshare Diagnostics or Cora Health slots.
• All slot types will be updated to our new name by December 2025.
