Multi Agency Information Sharing – Department for Education consultation
Dear Colleagues
The Department for Education (DfE) has opened a consultation on the new statutory information sharing duty that is due to come into effect at the end of September 2026, for Section 11 organisations, including schools, and childcare settings. This does not include the voluntary and community sector in general. Please see attached information and link below to the consultation which closes on 14 July 2026.
