MSK First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) services survey

GP practice managers and PCN leads with responsibility for MSK First Contact Physiotherapy (FCP) services are invited to complete a short, 5-10-minute questionnaire.
The aim is to build an understanding of how FCP services are currently working across England and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Well-functioning FCP services can help free-up capacity in primary care and provide patients with rapid access to expert MSK assessment and management without the need for GP involvement.
The evaluation is being led by GIRFT, an NHS England improvement programme.
The survey will run until 1st December 2025.
