Target Audience: Nurses and Doctors who have completed their cytology training in the past and who require the three-yearly update.
Time: 9:30-13.30

Returning to Work: Coaching and Support Programme for Healthcare Professionals
Returning to work after a period of absence can be challenging. This programme is designed to help healthcare professionals rebuild confidence, access emotional support, and develop practical strategies for a successful and sustainable return to work.
Through a series of supportive coaching sessions, participants will gain personal development tools, reflect on their experiences, and explore approaches to managing the transition back into the workplace.
Who Is This For?
This programme is suitable for healthcare professionals who:
- Are preparing to return to work following a period of absence.
- Have recently returned to work and would benefit from additional support.
- Are experiencing health or personal challenges and feel they may need time away from work in the near future.
What to Expect
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Build confidence and resilience.
- Develop practical tools and coping strategies.
- Explore personal and professional challenges in a supportive environment.
- Learn from experienced facilitators and peers facing similar circumstances.
- Create an individualised plan to support their wellbeing and return to work.

All discussions within the sessions are treated as confidential and are facilitated in an impartial, non-judgemental environment, allowing participants to share experiences openly and safely.

We are offering two groups, with four sessions per group, on the dates listed below.
As part of each session will be tailored to the needs and experiences of participants, we strongly encourage attendees to commit to attending all four sessions to gain the maximum benefit from the programme.
