London ambulance service updated guidance and webinars
The London Ambulance Service (LAS) has sent up updated guidance for patients who require an ambulance response in a community setting follow clinical assessment.
The updated guidance is on how to use this service effectively, alongside further useful information regarding the process. Please be reminded that the phone number for the HCP line is not to be displayed to patients.
Along with the guidance, LAS is hosting a series of webinars to provide healthcare professionals with more information about how to use the HCP line effectively. The webinar will also offer wider guidance and insights about the LAS service, their clinicians and scope of practice as well as how you can work together efficiently and strategically. These will also provide you with an opportunity to ask questions about their service.
