LAS 999 Winter Plan 2024/25

Please find the final version of the LAS 999 Winter Plan following an extensive engagement and feedback process conducted across London, along with a summary slide of key points. This was agreed at the London-wide UEC Board on Monday 11 November, and will go live from Monday 18 November.

It has been agreed with partners that there will be an initial implementation stage where the LAS are keen to work with you and support you at the local level, learn new processes together and jointly resolve any issues that may emerge in the first couple of weeks of implementing the plan.

The formal implementation will be from 2 December, and it will end on 31 January 2025.

As this is being implemented please support the LAS in getting the message out to colleagues and staff on the ground, and if there is anything they can do to support you, please let them know.

Whilst you will have received other versions of these documents this version is the ones shared / printed due to any final typographical editing and tidying up in the last 24hrs – the content is however not changed.

The progress of this plan will be monitored.
