JITSUVAX vaccine hesitancy conversation training (Practice nurses)

The JITSUVAX team in partnership with UKHSA London and NHSE are currently offering fully funded training in Empathetic Refutational Interview (ERI) techniques developed to help healthcare professionals and support staff in conversations with people who have concerns about vaccination.
The ERI has been developed on a strong foundation of psychological research and testing. It provides a framework for effective conversations by focusing on the underlying reasons for people’s concerns (their psychological ‘attitude roots’) in order to help them make informed decisions about vaccination.
