Invitation for a short survey and focus group discussions

General Practice in London is facing substantial system pressures and challenges. Yet there is continuous demonstration of exceptional commitment and good practice in tackling health inequalities. The momentum in London is towards the strategic direction laid out by the CORE20PLUS5 approaches and the Fuller stocktake report. Specifically, there are many examples of outstanding work using community engagement approaches to tackle health inequalities across the region.

Recognising this, you are invited you to complete a 5-minute survey and/or attend a focus group discussion exploring “General Practice community engagement to reduce health inequalities in London”.

The survey takes about 5 minutes and will close on 06/03/2024. Please complete the survey and share with your networks. All responses are anonymised.

One-hour focus group discussions will be held online in February/March 2024. Please follow this link to select dates and times you will be available. An invite link will then be sent to you.
