Important update: New Email Format for North East London ICB Practices

This is to inform all GP practices within the North East London Integrated Care Board (NEL ICB) of an update to all generic email addresses.
Effective Immediately: All generic email addresses will now follow the format: nelondonicb.emailaddress@nhs.net
What does this mean for you?
- The old generic email addresses are still valid, and you will continue to receive emails sent to those addresses.
- However, we encourage you to update your records and communications to reflect the new format.
Action required:
Please ensure the new email format (nelondonicb.emailaddress@nhs.net) is displayed on all relevant areas, including:
- Websites
- Practice letterhead
- Staff email signatures
- Any other materials where you previously used a generic practice email address
Benefits of the New Format: The new format provides a clearer and more consistent way to identify and contact NEL ICB services.
