Havering: Implementation of Geriatric Services at St George’s Health and Wellbeing Hub

St Georges Health and Wellbeing Hub is a modern purpose-built facility on the former St George’s Hospital site in Suttons Lane, Hornchurch.

It will provide a range of health and wellbeing services in a single location which will include;

  • a GP practice
  • community diagnostics
  • the Ageing Well Centre (frailty)
  • mental health services
  • renal dialysis
  • a range of BHRUT clinics
  • community and social care services

The Geriatric service will be offering two new services as part of the Ageing Well Centre.

These services will be Directly Bookable Services (DBS) on e-RS, with the option to request A&G as well.

  • As of Monday 18 November, the following services will be available to refer into:
  • Geriatric – Comprehensive Assessment Falls Clinic -Ageing Well Centre – St Georges H&WH – RF4- BHRUT

  • Please note: The following services will remain at King George Hospital:
  • Geriatric Medicine 65 years and above only – King George Hospital RF4 – BHRUT
  • Geriatric Medicine – Memory Clinic- King George Hospital RF4 – BHRUT

From Monday 18 November 2024 the following services will no longer be available so please do refer to the new clinics, in the new locations, as above.
