We need your help to increase the number and quality of referrals to the Havering Exercise Referral Scheme from health professionals.
What is the Havering Exercise Referral Programme?

- Helps inactive patients with long-term conditions move more, feel better, and manage their health and wellbeing in a safe, supported environment.
- A 12-week physical activity programme at Everyone Active leisure centres across Havering (Central Park, Harrow Lodge, Rainham and Sapphire Ice)
- Includes an initial assessment to explore your patient’s needs and preferred activities
- Activities vary by centre and include gym sessions, group exercise classes including chair-based exercise and aqua based classes and swim sessions
- Ongoing support with reviews at 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months, and 12 months

- Havering residents only
- Inactive adults (16+) with a low to moderate risk long-term condition
- Motivated to make lifestyle changes through physical activity
- Able to commit to the membership cost and participating at least twice a week and attending the reviews
