GP Horizon EMIS service

The ICB has listened to user feedback and reprioritised some work to allow us to keep the Horizon service running to the end of the calendar year. The service will firstly be upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 at the end of October, to ensure basic security.
This will be a seamless transition; the main difference for users is that a new login option will be provided. Meanwhile, IT will reach out directly to users of this service to understand the use cases and recommend appropriate solutions. We will support users/practices in progressing these choices such that they have a means of accessing EMIS, in advance of the Horizon shutdown at the end of December.
