FOR ACTION – CQRS NCD 23/24 Declaration – Deadline Friday 19 July 2024
The Network Contract DES (NCD) 23/24 Achievement Calculation has completed and is available for declaration.
Practices/PCNs are required to check their data on CQRS before declaring.
Recommended Steps Prior to Declaration by Practices / PCN
- Practices in the PCN confirm their data is in line with their expectations. Any inaccuracies can be requested for amendment from CQRS by their commissioner.
These reports and/or dashboards can assist with data assessment:
GPs: Data Submission tab and/or GP Practice Performance Report
PCNs: Achievement Summary report and/or PCN Dashboard
- Review Achievement calculation data.
- If any data is amended, please wait 24 hours for it recalculate/reaggregate before declaring, or the system will use the old data. If the achievement is financially approved before it has recalculated or reaggregated, then an off-system adjustment will be required.
Please note that although reports and CQRS may show data has been amended with a timestamp, it will still need time to recalculate/reaggregate to ensure the amendments are included in the achievement.
- PCNs declare all ‘subject to declare’ indicators.
Please note that it is advisable that PCNs do not declare the achievement until all GP Practices in the PCN have confirmed that their data is in line with their expectations. In cases of dispute, if a PCN believes that the data in CQRS is inaccurate, the PCN should contact their commissioner and provide evidence for the amendments to the data to be considered and applied if agreed.
If any practice within a PCN has missing data, they will not have their data aggregated to PCN level which will mean the PCN will not have an achievement calculated.
Deadline Date:
Please ensure the above steps are taken before the deadline on Friday 19th July 2024 to meet the August payment date.
Please note: Once Achievement has been financially approved in CQRS, it can no longer be amended.
ACC-08 Indicator
Please be reminded that no payment has been calculated for the ACC-08 indicator in CQRS and will not be included in the NCD 23/34 achievement payment. It will automatically display as 0 in CQRS, and payment is to be done off-system via the ready reckoner in August 2024. No further action is required for ACC-08 on CQRS.
