Hello, my name is Vicky, my role is the Designate Clinical Officer (DCO) for Barking, Havering and Redbridge. The DCO role is senior and pivotal, providing strategic oversight and leadership within the health system and among wider partners to ensure statutory requirements are met in supporting and improving outcomes for disabled children with special educational needs.

This support is delivered through a variety of functions, including advisory services, strategic leadership, governance, policy development, and implementation of best practices.
