Delivery Plan for Recovering Access to Primary Care: National Care Navigation training available until March 2024
Managers are encouraged to book one member of their team to complete care navigation training. Thousands of primary care colleagues have taken up this free national offer, equipping learners to effectively communicate with patients and the multi-disciplinary team.
Training is accredited with foundation and advanced modules available. A new online collaborative platform supports learners and their managers to access resources and to connect with peers. Book before the end of March 2024.

Delivery Plan for Recovering Access to Primary Care: Primary Care Network support offer – expressions of interest
The PCN support offer is part of the General Practice Improvement Programme. Delivered by Quality Improvement experts, it provides facilitated support to help PCNs address access challenges using evidence-based improvement tools and techniques. The support lasts for 6 months and helps PCNs develop or build at-scale working and effectively utilise additional roles.
